Audi A6 targeting, that is Lincoln is apparently aimed with the current 2017 Continental pricing tag. Starting from today, those buyers who interested in opting for the new-built sedan model could fulfill their life-long dream as the actual list of prices has been finally revealed. Surprisingly, rather an eye-watered list of prices, regret to say.
Four trims would be available for the mint sedan; customers would deal with Premiere, Reserve, Select and Black Label. The first one costs $45,485, with the Sync 3 system, adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist as standard. The Select trim level’s purchase price is $48,440 for a 3.7-litre V6 power unit as a base, and $50,690 for a 2.7-litre V6 EcoBoost optional.
The high-end Reserve trim raises rates up to $54,840; for this price, customers get the 2.7-litre engine equipped alongside with the extended kit. The one-off (and most expensive) Black Label is offered in three exclusive paint palette themes: it comes to creamy-white Chalet, tan-and-brown Thoroughbred along with a unique Conti Rhapsody in chrome and navy blue. The latter trim level blasts off at $63,840, with optional AWD and 3.0-litre V6 delivering 400hp.
Lincoln claims the Conti’s pricing is mostly targeted at Audi A6. It remains to be seen whether customers will appreciate the gambling pricing strategy.
