Next-gen Honda Accord midsize hybrid of 2017 model year that is believed the most fuel-efficient and powerful in this segment sedan finally reached the U.S. dealerships today. Unveiled in April 2016, the forward-looking model that is available in three drive modes offers the eye-watering pricing tag of $27, 625.

The price revealed means the 2017 Accord Hybrid sedan will cost $1,600 more than the following class rival, the Toyota Camry Hybrid. Along with this, Honda will offer several upgraded options including heated rear seats, front-and-rear parking sensors, the Honda-branded driver-assist features, smatrphone connectivity like Android Auto or Apple CarPlay system.

The hybrid sedan boasts also the top-class EPA fuel-economy rating with the double production capacity: it deals with 49 mpg city and 47 highway correspondingly. The company made the special Lithium-ion battery pack providing a capacity of 13.5 cubic feet, for this model – it actually made the hybrid sedan the segment’s largest-volumed one.
